Dial One Security Service Agreements offer it’s customers an added piece of mind when it comes to maintaining their security system.  By purchasing a Service Agreements for your system you can be protected from equipment failure under normal use conditions. Dial One Security’s Service Agreements cover all parts and labor for the repair or replacement costs of the standard equipment such as the keypad, panel, door and window switches, motion and smoke detectors and glass break detectors. Residential Service Agreements start at $8.00/month. Pricing is valid for the first year of a Service Agreements and may be adjusted in future years.

Acts of God, vandalism and abuse as well as preexisting problems are not covered.

Work that is done due to upgrades in the facility, upgrade to the alarm system, or performed due to enforcement of building codes are not covered.  Obsolute equipment, such as 2 wire smoke detectors, are not covered. Duct smoke detectors are considered part of the HVAC system and are not part of Dial One Security’s system and therefore are not coverd by the Service Agreements. The price for any additional services can be estimated or the work can be performed on a Time and Material basis.
