• Dial One Security services, monitors, and installs a variety of Security, Fire, Access, and Camera systems for both residential and commercial customers.

• Dial One Security owns its own state of the art Central Station located in Cincinnati to monitor our customer’s alarm systems. Our company is unique in offering a fixed rate monitoring service. Once we establish a customer at a monthly rate, our policy is to not raise that rate. We have had customers for over 10 years who have never had an increase in their monitoring fees.

• Dial One Security has never used a sub contractor to install or service its systems. We understand the importance of trustworthy employees, so all of our employees must pass a thorough background check. Also by using our own employees we have complete quality control.

• Dial One Security has technical and service personal on call 24 hours a day to handle any problems or question that may arise.
