The elevator code requires that all elevator phones be programmed so that when the emergency call button is pushed, the call automatically dials our central station which is monitored 24 hrs/day 365 days/year. Our trained central station operators will identify the building’s location and elevator. Our Central Station is UL Approved and is equipped with redundant systems, should a computer fail and backup power generators, should the power go out. |
